What does that mean?
We have a variety of scenes that we can create that are composed of the animals and the mountain forests of the Colorado Rockies. Coincidentally, that's were we live.
If you like the mountains and the denizens that live there then you've found the right place to create a beautiful wood carving to grace your home, mountain retreat, or your favorite vacation spot.
Our cast of characters
Includes: deer, elk, moose, cougar, beaver, various ducks, eagles, big horn sheep, Canada geese, pheasant, wolves, raccoon, fox, grouse, rabbit, turkey, bear, bison and of course a hunting dog.
We try to create an interesting background that supports our characters.
We incorporate the scenes into personalized address plaques, commemorative gift plaques, bar plaques, mantel breastboards, table tops, wood panels, internal doors, cabinet doors and porch lights. Well...you get the idea.
Your Photos
If you have a favourite photo we can even have a go at creating a scene from that. Not every photo is suitable for wood carving but most will work with lithophane carving.
The table below lists some sample carvings and prices. This is just a guideline for what we can do and basic costs. If you have something specific in mind send us an e-mail with a description and we'll send you a quote along with a rendered image of what the finished work might look like.

This is an example of our standard 12" x 9" x 3/4" cherry address plaque. It can be customized with whatever wording desired. The image can be any of our Rocky Mountain themed library. Our standard species include Oak, Maple and Cherry.

Commemorative and gift plaques are things we love to design and carve. This one for a pair of hunting enthusiasts. We'd love to design and carve one for you. This one is carved in cherry of course and measures 12" x 9" x 3/4". These are a little more intensive carving and are a bit more than an address plaque.

Parents' Prayer |
This is a very special piece that was carved for a newborn's room. This beautiful scroll measures 15" x 36" x 1" and of course is carved from cherry. This is a very intense project but it's well worth it. This piece is certainly destined to become a family heirloom. One of our favourites.
